What renews, and how to stop it
Do memberships renew automatically?
The 1-month, 3-month and 6-month memberships renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. The 12-month membership is a single payment and doesn’t renew.
Is there anything shorter?
Yes: a one-week VIP pass ($19.99, £14.99, C$19.99, A$24.99) that renews every week until you cancel, and a one-week VIP Plus too. Fine for a quick look; pricey as a habit.
How do I cancel?
Contact our support team through the support form or the chat assistant, and we’ll email you a link to cancel. Your paid features carry on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are generally final. If you live in one of the US states listed in our Terms, or in Israel, you can cancel without penalty before midnight on the third business day after you subscribe. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, the 14-day cooling-off period doesn’t apply, because membership starts the moment you pay. The details are on our billing & cancelling page and in our Terms & Conditions.
Does cancelling delete my profile?
No. Your profile stays until you delete it yourself. Our help page explains how.
